1. Hip Circles
How to: Start mat On elbows and knees shoulders over hips and elbows over knees. Make circles in the air with your knee, moving out of the fashionable. Draw ring as wide as you can while keeping torso stable. Continue moving directly knee in circles for 30 seconds, then switch legs and repeat on left leg for 30 seconds before proceeding into the next movement.
