  • Press Press– 30 seconds
  • Thruster– 30 secs
  • Do three times.

Circuit 3:

  • Dead Clean– 30 secs appropriate side
  • Lateral Lunge– 30 seconds ideal side
  • Bent-Over Row– 30 secs appropriate side
  • Dead Clean– 30 secs left side
  • Lateral Lunge– 30 seconds left side
  • Bent-Over Row– 30 secs left side
  • Do two times.

Circuit 4:

  • Kneeling Halo With Spin– 30 seconds
  • Around The Globe Lunge– 30 seconds
  • Strolling Push-up– 30 secs
  • Do 3 times.

Take anywhere from 30 secs to 2 mins to relax in between each circuit.
